TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Services Provided Landmark Management LLC provides digital Business-to-Business (B2B) property underwriting, financial modeling, and data analysis reports. We do not provide legal, brokerage, or certified financial advisory services. All reports are for informational due diligence purposes only.
2. Payment & Contract Routing Clients agree to pay all stated fees prior to report generation. Payments are securely processed directly via Stripe or routed through our approved independent contractor escrow channels on Fiverr and Upwork.
3. Strict Refund Policy (All Sales Final)Because our financial analysis and underwriting models are custom-compiled digital deliverables based on real-time data, all sales are final once the report is completed and delivered. No chargebacks or reversals will be honored for completed digital files.
4. Limitation of Liability Landmark Management LLC compiles reports using data from public and third-party records. We are not liable for any market fluctuations, investment losses, or typographical errors in external data sources. Disputes shall be governed under the jurisdiction of the State of Texas.
